However, the area in not open for general people if you want to access this amazing place you need special permission from the Bureau of Land Management, where only twenty people get permission every day. The area is truly a unique landform, which is a fiery swirl of Jurassic-age sandstone and the wave are formed by the force of wind over the 190 million years ago. If you like to go there you must need an advance planning and permission from the authority.

If you are truly planning to visit the place, it would be a great adventure where you can enjoy the land form from the Wire Pass Trailhead. The area is around 3 miles hiking sandy terrain. In summer, Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness is very hot, temperature is above 100 degrees, so don’t forget to carry sufficient water to cover your full travelling.
