Best place in Europe????

It’s impossible to tell, because each country (and parts of countries) in Europe is so different, an own culture.

Because you’ve already been in London and Paris, I’d suggest to skip them.

You obviously(?) are considering big and famous cities… As I started, it’s impossible to choose because cultures and countries in Europe are so different.

You already have been considering Rome and Barcelona… So why not to visit both of them? Perhaps 3,5 days would be enough for both Rome and Barcelona for some people.

Barcelona I don’t know, but Rome I love. Though for me even one month in Rome (or another big city full of culture) wouldn’t be enough… I’ve visited twice in Rome, but unfortunately both visits were only for 3-4 days – and I saw only a tiny part of Rome…
